When to Order Your Cabinets?
You can order furniture at any stage of your house renovation since we make everything to individual measurements. However, it’s best to consult us before the renovation starts to ensure everything fits perfectly.
Follow These Steps:
1. Self-Measurement: Measure your space and draw a diagram with dimensions for air returns, pipes, windows, doors, and other elements. Indicate the ceiling height. If you don’t have time, call us at 416-684-9398.
2. Meeting with Our Specialist: Schedule a meeting through the link and come in for preliminary project planning. In our office, you can get acquainted with the materials and prices, touch everything, and make your choice. If you are satisfied, we proceed to the next step.
3. Professional Measurement: This is done at the final stage of the renovation to ensure the dimensions do not change anymore. The service is free, but you pay the measurer $90, which is deducted from the total project cost when you purchase the kitchen. Note that changes in dimensions after the professional measurement are undesirable, and any further changes will be your responsibility.
4. Project Adjustment: We refine the project after the professional measurement and announce the final cost.
5. Contract Signing: A 50% prepayment is required (cash, VISA, MasterCard, or e-transfer). The project goes into production, which takes from 1 to 3 months, depending on the complexity.
6. Delivery and Installation: A few days before delivery, you pay 40% for delivering the cabinets to your place. We deliver the order, and then a team of installers arrives to set up the furniture. After the installation is done, you pay the remaining 10%. That’s it, your dream kitchen or wardrobe is ready!
